Delivery Information
Delivery & Return Policy
At Besos Blooms, we are dedicated to delivering fresh, beautifully designed floral arrangements to your loved ones in Mexico. We work with trusted local florists to ensure quality, cultural care, and timely delivery.
Delivery Policy
- Nationwide Delivery in Mexico: We deliver throughout most cities and regions in Mexico. Availability may vary by location.
- Same-Day Delivery: Available in many areas when your order is placed before the local cut-off time.
- Recipient Not Available:
- Our florist may contact the recipient to arrange delivery.
- We may leave the arrangement with a neighbor/security/office if appropriate.
- If a re-delivery is required, additional fees may apply.
Quality & Substitution Policy
All arrangements are handcrafted. We aim to match the style, size, and color palette displayed on our website.
If specific flowers are unavailable due to seasonal or regional factors, we may make equal or higher value substitutions while maintaining the overall design.
We never downgrade your arrangement.
Return & Refund Policy
Because flowers are custom-made and perishable, we cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo of the arrangement (if applicable)
We will review your concern and may offer:
- A replacement arrangement, or
- Store credit, or
- A partial refund depending on the situation.
Our goal is to ensure you feel confident sending love from afar.
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
- Same-day orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
- Once an arrangement has been created or dispatched, the order can no longer be cancelled.
